Terms of Use

The rules for using PULSE, in plain words.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The short version
  • PULSE is a free tool that helps you keep track of your own money. It is not a bank and it does not give financial advice.
  • The numbers are only as right as what you type in. Check anything important yourself.
  • Use it fairly, and don't misuse the links you share with friends.

Using PULSE

PULSE (pulsemoney.in) is run by Krishna Raval in Mumbai, India. By using PULSE you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PULSE.

PULSE is meant for people who are 18 or older. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

What PULSE is, and is not

PULSE works out figures such as "safe to spend" from the balances, income, bills and plans you enter. It does not connect to your bank, move money, make payments, or hold money for you. A split or a "settle up" in PULSE is only a note between you and your friends: paying each other happens outside PULSE.

Nothing in PULSE, including PULSE AI, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. It is information to help you decide for yourself.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep your email account safe, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to your PULSE. Don't share sign-in codes with anyone: nobody from PULSE will ever ask for one.

Your member number shows the order in which people joined. It has no money value and cannot be sold or transferred.

You can delete your account at any time from You → Your account.

Fair use

  • Use PULSE for your own personal money, and only add information you have the right to add.
  • Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of PULSE, or get into someone else's account or data.
  • Invite links and group links let people connect with you. Share them only with people you mean to share with.
  • Don't use PULSE for anything illegal.

We may limit or close an account that is used to harm PULSE or other people.

Price

PULSE is free right now. If we ever add paid features, we will tell you clearly before you are charged for anything.

No promises we can't keep

We work hard to keep PULSE correct and available, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be online, free of mistakes, or right for your situation. Keep your own backup of anything important (You → Backup code & export).

As far as the law allows, PULSE is not responsible for money decisions you make using it, for losses caused by wrong or missing entries, or for PULSE being unavailable.

The PULSE name and design

The PULSE name, logo, design and code belong to us. Your data belongs to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as PULSE grows. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is a big one. If you keep using PULSE after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
